Shipping and Return Policy
Packages are generally dispatched within 2-5 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS or USPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. The exception to this rule is backordered items which typically ship within two weeks from date of purchase.
If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online or through email.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and we offer free shipping on orders above 1000 USD.
Returning Merchandise / RMA Requests:
All requests for returns must be made within 15 days of the item’s receipt.
You must obtain a valid RMA number from qfinejewelry.com before returning your merchandise.
To obtain a RMA #, please email your request and the reason for return to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Once approved, customer service will provide you with your RMA number and return instructions.
To expedite your return, please print the RMA number on the outside of the return packaging.
Upon items returning to our warehouse you will be contacted. Without any complications arising, refunds will be processed by us within 1-7 business days. You should receive a confirmation email with your refund information.
